Ceragem Bed-Rh Installation

 

Thank you for buying the Ceragem Thermal Massager Bed from CMS Life Maintenance, the Ceragem Santa Ana Center.

 

Although in the plastic bag inside the A Box, there is a DVD with instruction telling you how to assemble the Bed, we want to help you make this task easier thru our experience of installing a lot of them.

 

You can print out 2 sheets of papers containing parts of this bed to better identify them: Part List 1 & Part List 2

First, open the Box C and Box D.

1- In Box C, get the 2 metal support frames (#1 & #2: Top Bed & Bottom Bed from Part List 1) and put them together then install 5 bed posts to this frame.

 

2- Take out 4 Side Wood Frame: (2 Long and 2 Short: See #11, 12, 13, 15 from Part List 1) and 8 Hanging Brackets (Metal chrome connectors, see # 5 from Part List 1) and use 16 Taping Flat Screws (16 out of 26) to put together the Hanging Brackets to the Side Wood Frame (2 Brackets to each Side Wood Frame).

 

3- Take the plastic Quarter Round Piece (See # 4 from Part List 1) connect with the Side Wood Frame (Big End) using 2 Taping Flat Screws & 1 Flat Screw. Total of 8 Taping Flat Screws & 4 Flat Screws.

 

4- Take the End Front Wood Frame (See # 14 from Part List 1) to connect the 2 plastic Quarter Round Pieces together using 2 Taping Flat Screws & 1 Flat Screw. Total of 8 Taping Flat Screws & 4 Flat Screws.

 

5- At this time bring the Side Wood Frame (now in the U shape) to put on the Metal Support Frame. Then tighten them with the Hex Socket Button Bolt (2 Bolts for each piece of Wood Side Frame. Total 8 bolts).

 

6- Now it is the time to install 2 Plastic Handles (about 14 inch long in arch form: see # 3 from Part List 1) using 2 Tapping Flat Screws. Be careful to not break them. Take it easy, do not force them to much.

 

7- After that, install the Flexible Post (Goose Neck Support Rod: see # 9 from Part List 1) to the Remocon Bracket (in the form of an L  see # 9 from Part List 1) to make the Remote Bracket. Then install it to the Long Wood Frame (either side) using 2 Tapping Flat Screws..

 

8- Take the Power Supply from the paper box, using 2 Tapping Flat Screws came with in, attached to the box (see #16 from Part List 1).

 

9- Open Box B, take out the Bottom Part Bed, open the Zipper of the round corner of the Bottom Part Bed then take out the Remote Control, Power cord and the 8 sphere projector lights. Connect the Power cord to the Power Supply.

 

10-Take out the Top Part Bed (Box A),  install the Clothing piece with self ticking device then put on the Metal Support Frame (Long Frame).

 

11- install the Clothing piece with self ticking device then put on the Metal Support Frame (Short Frame).

 

12- Connect the Remote Control to the First connector of the 3 connectors at the side of  Top Part Bed.

 

13- Connect the 8 sphere projector lights to the Second connector of the 3 connectors at the side of  Top Part Bed.

 

14- Connect the CeraPad to the Third connector of the 3 connectors at the side of  Top Part Bed (if CeraPad is used), if not the connect the 8 sphere projector lights to the Third connector of the 3 connectors and the 3 sphere projector lights to the Second connector of the 3 connectors at the side of  Top Part Bed.

 

15- Now connect the Power Cord to the wall outlet an your bed is ready to use.

 

16- It is recommended to use a 6 outlet power trip to connect the bed to the wall outlet and turn ON/OFF the bed form this 6 outlet trip.

 

Note:

* Before using it , please set up the temperature by pushing the Temperature Control Bottom once, the Red Light changed to Blue then use the Up and Down switch to set the desired temperature (recommended 122 or 131oF). Then Push the  Temperature Control Bottom again to do the setting for the 2 component, then Push the  Temperature Control Bottom again to do the setting for the 3 component  (3 times total).
